Receive one-on-one support and instruction to begin or deepen your meditation practice.

Receive holistic mentoring to create greater alignment through all aspects of your life and expand your capacity for living a more meaningful life. If you are a yoga teacher, receive support and gain tools to deepen your knowledge and impact.

A one-hour follow up appointment is included with the two-hour initial appointment and should be scheduled 6-8 weeks from the first appointment. Once you have scheduled the initial appointment, you will be sent a link to schedule the follow-up.
